  • Personalized Care: We begin by reviewing your child’s dental and medical history forms to understand their health background fully. This helps us tailor our care to your child’s specific needs.
  • Getting to Know You: X-rays may be taken to give us a detailed view of your child’s teeth and mouth structure. Following this, Dr. Adams, Dr. Jon, or Dr. Susan will sit down with you and your child to discuss the findings, develop a customized treatment plan, and address any questions or concerns you may have. Our goal is to build trust and ensure you have all the information you need.
  • A Gentle Introduction: On a subsequent visit, one of our skilled hygienists will gently clean and polish your child’s teeth, checking for any signs of cavities or early tooth decay and providing preventive care tips tailored to your child’s age and needs.

 

What to Bring to Your First Visit

To make your visit as smooth and efficient as possible, please remember to bring the following:

  • The completed patient information form.
  • Your insurance card, if applicable.

 

The Importance of Regular Checkups

Consistent visits play a crucial role in maintaining your child’s oral health. Following the American Dental Association’s guidelines, we recommend dental checkups every six months. These regular appointments are key to preventing dental issues and ensuring your child’s teeth and gums stay healthy and strong.

Fitting into Your Family’s Schedule

We value your time and strive to make dental visits as convenient as possible. Appointments typically last between 20 and 40 minutes, designed to fit seamlessly into your busy life while ensuring your child receives the thorough, attentive care they deserve.
