Dr. Aneil is a board certified pediatric dentist with high energy and passion in caring for children’s dental health. Dr. Aneil grew up in California, and attended the University of Pacific dental school in San Francisco, where he was awarded “most promising future in pediatric dentistry” upon graduation.

Dr. Aneil is thrilled to channel his adoration for both dentistry and children at Pediatric Dentistry of Palo Alto. For Dr. Aneil, pediatric dentistry is not just a profession — it’s his passion. With his father and brother being pediatricians and his Uncle being a dentist, his love for kids and oral health runs in his family roots.

As a new parent, Dr. Aneil can relate to the difficulties of balancing optimal oral health with the day to day adventures of raising a child. He understands the importance of creating positive dental experiences for children of all ages.

After earning his undergraduate and dental degree from Pacific, Dr. Aneil moved to the Big Apple to complete his pediatric dental residency at St. Barnabas Hospital in New York, a level I trauma center where he also served as chief resident. Working in a hospital setting enabled him to work with high needs patients, exposing him to a wide variety of patient cases and solidifying his desire to work with children to better their dental well being.

Educating on dental health and caring for children is something Dr. Aneil highly values. To further his commitment towards pediatric dentistry, Dr. Aneil currently serves as a clinical professor in pediatric dentistry at his alma mater. Dr. Aneil has also traveled to India and Peru to volunteer in local dental clinics, treating families and children in underserved areas.

Dr. Aneil is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, California Society of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association, and the California Dental Association.

On a personal level, Dr. Aneil is an avid sports fan. His roots have tied him to the Los Angeles Lakers, but he has jumped on the Warriors bandwangon. He thinks he can shoot threes like Steph, but in reality his skill set is actually much better.
